T.J. McNeill has to be a top 10 bartender at Haskels!! Great food, great people, great place.

Great place to meet and hang out with friends. Casual atmosphere. Patio seating is a favorite. They really do have excellent burgers. They do have a great selection of beer however, it would be excellent if they had hard cider on tap. You do have the option of buying a bottle of your favorite wine at the attached liquor store and enjoying it for a corking fee. The staff is long-standing and ever friendly. Haskell's will always remain a favorite.

I enjoyed the casual atmosphere of this place! Good selection of beers (some craft varieties, some classic standards) tequila, delicious food and very friendly bartenders. Plus they have tables available outside. Do I want to sit outside on Excelsior Harbor on a beautiful afternoon? If it's in Haskell's then the answer will be an excited yes!

Several different ways to have a grilled cheese. I had mine with ham. It was as one would expect of a grilled ham and cheese sandwich at a bar, if not better than that. The bartender filled my coke every single time it was empty within two minutes of it being empty. I'd have lunch here any day o the week.

I visited on the 4th of July and sat outside to watch the parade. I ordered the prime rib sandwich, it was served quickly and was very good.. The server was nice and although the place was busy she provided quick service.

Excelsior can have some more pricey, swanky, options. That’s why we love Haskell’s as it’s down to Earth and casual with amazingly good food. Draft selection includes local brews including Surly. Beer is served perfectly chilled in a proper glass even when sitting outside to view Lake Minnetonka and Port of Excelsior. Prices are reasonable and staff is super friendly and helpful. We love going here before seeing a flick at the Dock Cinema (so close). Being new to the area this is our go to spot to feel like a local.

Phenomenal! The service was great! The food was AMAZING! We called ahead and made a reservation. Outdoor and indoor dining areas are available now. We were on the side of the building, outdoor seating, it wasn't too chilly due to the building blocking the wind off the lake. Definitely call ahead and make reservations. They are very busy. The parking is paid parking on the street. The food is very reasonable and large portions. Very fresh and delicious! You can tell the cooks were happy when creating their masterpieces! The atmosphere and energy is extraordinarily friendly. Very inviting, what an exiting time to get to eat out and enjoy friends and family!
